Wear Red-Bowel Cancer Awareness Day
Date
July 26, 2024
Time
All Day
The SRC are organising a fundraiser for Bowel Cancer Australia. As most of you will be aware, we lost a wonderful teacher and colleague, Marcus Champion, to bowel cancer. The school gym is named after him, aptly called the ‘Hall of Champions.'
To remember the incredible person he was, there is a fun run organised by CPS teachers held every year on his birthday to raise money for Bowel Cancer Australia. So far over $20,000 has been raised. To raise more awareness and funds for Bowel Cancer Australia, we ask students to wear RED on Friday 26th July and bring a gold coin donation. Thank you!
